I mentioned in the pedal thread about my regrets at selling an original 1981 Fender Bullet 1 (I bought it in 1982, my first real 'decent' guitar but sold it when I got married first time around......doh,doh, doh...............:thwap: :thwap: ). SO I trawled evil bay and found one EXACTLY the same as the one I had. I cant believe the price being asked for it - £950 UK!! I paid about £200 for it and when I sold it got about £130 (I was young stupid and poor). I thought around £4-500 was a benchmark for these. Anyone remember these?

A friend had one. That scratchplate/bridge is one of the wackiest bits of design ever. I feel your pain on the price, I sold my JV strat for under £200 in 1990. Who knew?
