Haven't played one, but read several reviews and they were ALL raves. Great P90 tone and outstanding playability.

I played one in Wellington and had to leave the shop to protect my bank balance. The one I tried was a singlecut, very light and growled just like a P90 guitar should with good twangy cleans if I backed off. A lovely guitar that I just didn't have the money for.

I played a singlecut version of this guitar and have to say that it was a blast to play. Substantial neck, great fit and finish, and fantastic tones from the P90s.

The price on these is not bad, either. You gonna get one?:pancake:

maybe....i really shouldn't....but....there is a sunburst doublecut on craigslist that looks pretty good....i've been wanting a p90 guitar and i don't have a sunburst one either.... :whatever:

turns out the guy that owns it owns a music school....priced at $295....$250 would be the most i would want to pay....not sure if he will come down on the price....

as soon as i started playing it i knew i wanted it! :AOK: it is in perfect shape....not a scratch or ding on it! absolutely beautiful!! :bravo: :drool:

i love the feel of the neck....it plays great and i love the sound of the p90s....nice and growly when you want them to be....and when you back off the volume a little they clean up nice....

i am one happy fretter!! :D these are the previous owners photos....not mine....but this is the actual guitar! i'll take some better pictures later....

You got it at a great price... MF doesn't even have the double cutaway P90 model anymore, but the singlecuts run around $499, with the 'bucker version double cutaways running around $699.

I'd say you made a fair deal, especially if you get to do some business as well!

oh man....i am loving this guitar....needless to say i haven't gotten any work done since i brought her home! My neighbors on both sides have been away today too,so i was able to crank up my little valve jr. and man do those p90s sound good when cranked....nice and gnarley :master:

but a little twist of the volume knob and they smooth out and are nice and creamy....

i am in p90 heaven! :drool: :drool: :drool:
