Hi everyone.
My name is Frank Axtell from Palm Beach, FL.
I play and teach guitar full time here.
I do alot of composing also.

Gear I use...

82 Fender strat with 62 pickups,
San Dimas Charvel strat,
Gibson ES 775 archtop and
70's Gibson Les Paul Custom.

For amps I use a
Fender Vibro King,
1970's Marshall JMP 50,
Peavey 5150,
66 and 65 Fender Blackfaced Super Reverb amps.
Mesa Boogie Triaxis and Stereo Simul-Class 2:ninety

Carl Martin compressor

for recording

Welcome, Frank. Always great to have another "pro" onboard here. Many of us are pure amateurs, and we can surely benefit from your knowledge & experience. AAMOF, my wife is always telling me that I need professional help! :D

I checked out your posted clip--very cool stuff. Is jazz your main thing, or do you dabble in other genres as well?

Hello Frank,

Welcome to the forum. I've been teaching part time over the past couple of years, and have really enjoyed it. I also like to compose tunes. I've always enjoyed recording and it's even more fun when they're your own tunes.
