Here's a tribute to the loss of the greatest all-time Southern Rocker, Ronnie Van Zant. 31 years ago today, the plane went down and with died the original Free Bird, along with Steve and Cassie Gaines and their stage manager Dean Kilpatrick. For those who care or just want to remember:
