JEFF BECK: As posted in Planet Rock (http://www.planetrock.co.uk/) Jeff Beck is to release a live album. The album entitled "Performing This Week... Live At Ronnie Scott's" was recorded last November during his residency at the legendary Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club in London. "Performing This Week… Live At Ronnie Scott’s" is out on 10 November 2008 and features tracks recorded over six critically acclaimed nights at the famous club.

The tracklist includes songs covering Jeff's career, including covers of The Beatles’ "Day In The Life".

I would think that there would be some kind of video, somewhere? Why would there not be a DVD? Sure would like to watch him play.

Also, hope that the bass player, is that young lady, from the Chicago/Clapton/Crossroads concert.

It will probably expire in the next few days though, so hopefully there will be a DVD of this performance because there are some truly stunning moments. Imogen Heap's appearance is one of such moments. And of course an absolutely top quality performance from Jeff Beck as per usual.

Sounds like a must have. The fact that they had material recorded in 6 days to choose from makes it even more interesting. The song list is awesome! Can't wait to put it into my car audio and listne to it all on my own!
