Hello CTROCK.

I noticed the above threads where you've posed this question before. Several members have asked you to define the type of R&B you wish to learn, as the genre is rather broad, and they've given suggestions based on what they thought you were referring to (Stax/Motown type music, etc.)
It will be difficult to help you until you give the courtesy of a reply describing the type of R&B you want to learn.
I would suggest you go to "The Fret Players" forum, introduce yourself, tell us a bit about you and the type music you like and would like to learn, and go from there.
This is a great forum with lots of friendly folks, and I'm sure they'll be helpful if you'll just take the time to do so.

Look up the names in YouTube for some vids. Plenty of stuff to find that should get you started. R&B guitar in it's finest.
