For CCAA cross-country running. It's Nationals for the colleges in Canada involved in cross-country running. I will be in Ontario from Thursday until Sunday. The race is held in Kingston.

Guess what? Myself and the other coach for our teams won the Coach of the year award in Alberta! This is for the 2nd time in a row - surprised us both a great deal.

Any Fretters close to Kingston who wants to come and see some fast runners and an old guy with huge veins? :D

Cross country... Freezing cold, up to your butt in mud, up and down hills. God I miss it!!

Congrats Robert! That is a nice honor. Youth coaching is a labor of love and I am sure there are many that have benefited greatly from your involvement. Have a great trip!
