Hi all. I need to have a new neck made for my Warwick Corvette 4 string bass. Got a good builder here willing to do it for me for trade out in my jewelry store. I need to find a reliable source for dark hardwood blanks. All I can really find is Maple, which wont look bad, but really looking for something kind of dark brown, Ovangkol, Bubinga, etc. Prefer something kiln dried & ready to go. Suggestions?
