High School Football

I don't know if any one else lives in a community where their local HS is still playing, but here in Aurora the kids are going to the State Finals. They defeated last years champs this past weekend.

The kids get to play on the field next to the NFL Hall of Fame.

My alma mater won the championship last year down here....and a cross town school is playing for it this year....pretty cool to have schools from my area playing for the state championships in back to back years.

Our hometown team is in the quarter finals now and have only lost 1 game all season.

Aurora High School - Div III State Champs.

They beat Columbus Eastmoor Academy Warriors. I believe she said the score was 24 - 10.

My daughter and her friends are headed back to the house to celebrate. Plus the guys want to see "the guitars".

Our team lost in the REgional Final, they have only lost four games in the last two seasons. Good luck to all the others.
