Whoa, I was shopping, I mean determining what cake to make and I almost posted a turtle cake.

Great shot of your little girl. Mine just left the room and it seems like only yesterday that she was 11. She's 17 now and after the football state championship game this Saturday, a bunch of her friends are coming over. It seems she's been posting pics of my guitars, pedals and amps, so all the guys want to see the gear on Saturday.

I hope you and your family enjoy her birthday and this Thanksgiving - it looks very special.

My older girl turned 18 on Tuesday and my baby girl turns 12 on the 12/13.

Thanks to everyone- she told us last night that it was the best birthday ever. Of course immediately after that the new Ipod headphones went back into the ears and off she went.
I dread her turning into a teenager. I'm already planning how to install the gun rack on the front porch.
