Well, yeah, but it's only $69.99...

SX is the type of guitar that you buy if you're a beginner, or if you want a decent player to mod. Like most inexpensive guitars, the electronics and the hardware are the weak areas, and that's what modders replace. So, knowing this going in, you can still end up with a great playing and great sounding instrument for just a little investment in time and money.
