Brett Favre & the super Bowl..

I am not an expert in American football but the other night some fanatics friends have debated for hours on the assertion that Brett Favre would win the this year Super Bowl with the Jets. I am not expert,i dont think they are too, but I woud nt bet on that..

As a lifelong Jets fan let me say this, they may not make the Super Bowl. They still could miss the playoffs. However, they have already won twice as many games as they did last season and they are still right in the thick of the playoff race in their division and conference.

Favre and some of the other new Jets, particularly Kris Jenkins and Alan Faneca, have turned around the outlook of the entire team and the fans. The Jets believe they have a chance every time they step on the field. That is what matters. It'd be nice if they went to the Super Bowl, but at this point they have 8 wins and thus cannot have a losing season. It's already a successful season.
