Hey e'budy. I recently repaired (received in pieces) a no name resonator guitar with a spider bridge and a split wooden saddle.
I put in a plastic split saddle which worked quite well. and I liked...
Hey e'budy. I'm installing a epi elitist HB in the neck position of my squire tele.
I'd like to keep my bridge pup as part of the combination. The existing pots are 250k. If I exchange the 250s with...
I'm doing a setup on an o8 Epi elitest Dot.
Nice guitar; the owner wasn't happy with the stock pups and exchanges them for a set of Lollars.
He is giving me the stock pups and I have places for...
Hey e'budy. Ive got a casio mt 240 with midi and I would like to fix it. The volume is all the way up and I can barely hear it and I can use the earphone attachment thru an amplifier but I would...
I recently resurfaced and refreted a mim tele maple neck. I didn't touch any part of the neck below the fret surface so I'd like to match the color as much as I can. How thick or thin should I make...
Thanks V.man.
I believe it came from gc or mf. I'm quite happy with it now. Gonna study a bit of Doug Seven and see how it does.
I gigged with it Saturday evening and it took a bit of playing to...
Some weeks ago when I received this guitar it was a looker: threeburst, bound, rosewood,
but the action was too high for these old hands so I began to make it playable for me.
I first checked the...

Hey e'budy:)
I have an old 'gorilla' ss amp that I normally wouldn't bother with
but it's a bit rare as it has 60 watts rms, doesn't weigh a ton plus
the tone is much like an old bandit 65 which...
"Saw one with 6 pickups once. A real tone-monster"
Saw a 5 pup decca or tiesco; 4 between the neck and bridge and one between the bridge and tremolo, go figure.
Nice work and the tips I can use.
I recently built a fret jig so I could level the fretboard under tension similar
to the one in a supply catalogue.
I've done fretboards without tension and done...
Been playing dunlop 207's and love

Tinman.
The pole block (the block that has the adjusting screws) has to be the magnet as it is steel and there is no other place for a magnet.
This is the only pickup I've ever seen like it and...
Thanks Tinman.
The pole block is laying next to the actual pickup
on its side to the right .
It fits in between the 2 coils when assembled.

Hey e'budy
This pickup actually works on all four poles
but isn't nearly as loud or powerful as I remember.
The interesting thing is: I can't feel magnetic pull on anything ferrous ie my...
I bought one about the same time, the manual is pretty clear and the onboard mic's are decent!
