Thanks for posting! I really enjoyed this. Your tone is very good and you blended in very well with the backer. Nicely played - loved the solo. We should do more of these between the remaining folks...

Thanks for listening. I used some patch I ganked from a website that I modded a bit in Boss Tone Central. I started on the neck pup and switched to bridge at the solo.
Here's the backing track....
Nice view of my sexy legs...
Les Paul Tribute Goldtop paired with original Boss Katana 100w 112. Backing track played through amph.

Here is a completely free DAW for Windows or Mac that I highly recommend. I have been using Tracktion products for over 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about them.
Hop over to...
Great playing aside, I LOVE the tone captured in this recording. It's really purty :)
Thanks for listening. As far as the DAW goes, I have been using Tracktion since it first came out - some alpha version - and have stuck with them even when all thought they would go the way of the...
'Sup fellas!
I still have a couple of my older amps around, the Classic 30, Cube, etc. The last amph I bought was the Boss Katana and I bought it specifically for recording into my DAW. Even...
Sorry, I only just saw your other post Rev. I love my original Katana v1. I still love my, by now, very modified Peavey C30.
I like that sound. Very cool.
Well, listening to it i found it to be way too short. I was enjoying it too much for it to end that quickly.
I like it, Robert. It has the quintessential vintage Strat look to it. Even better they crafted it with a modern radius. I owned one Strat that had a vintage radius and for my hands was tough to pull...
Heya Rev, that guitar looks fantastic. I would like to get me a new acoustic and something like that ticks all the boxes. I hope you enjoy it immensely. Post some sound clips.
I must have picked a bad time to pop in here...it's like a ghost town! :D Everyone is prolly well into their summer schtick.
Anyhow, just dropping off well wishes to all and hoping everyone is...
Glad you liked the take. Not me singing on this version. I did do a take once where I am singing and I may have posted here a long time ago.
I may have gone a bit crazy with the amount of guitar tracks but wtf...just click the flowers below.

You're looking very well, Robert. Cool video!
Thanks! Yes comp'd more for look but this particular model intonates pretty well. Modern saddles save more time but the sound of the "ping" of the strings on the brass is very pleasing.
Cool guitar! I used to gig with a gold top version of that some years back. Fantastic guitar with killer tone. I hope you enjoy playing that.
Some updated pics of my Esquire that Rob DiStefano made for me way back in 2012. The pickup is a custom DiStefano model.

Congrats on the new toy, Rev. I have been eyeing some new toys myself in Sam Ash and I feel a serious buy coming because it gets harder to leave empty-handed each time I go.
Hi Robert!
HUGE sale on Izotope products. Being a previous purchaser, I was able to get Ozone 9 Advanced for only $99 bucks. Offers all end at the end of this month!
Haven't been around for a while and dropped in to say hello. I hope you all are keeping the covid cooties at bay and holding up well.
I rebuilt my studio recently and have gotten back into playing...
Not sure how closely this matches up but it sounds great to me. Some really gritty meaty sound!
