The "Hello Kitty" models must be selling like hotcakes!

Blatant marketing ploy to be sure,

However, if it gets kids interested in music/guitar, then I'm all for it.

Besides, chick guitar players ROCK! We need more of them!

My stepdaughter likes 'em, thinks they're cool. She's 9. I dunno, it would be cool to buy the black one, ditch the PG, buy a can of white spraypaint and some masking tape, and whammo - Sorta kinda hardtail frankenstrat clone!

I just think it's funny we cannot get Fender to offer cool colors in MIMs like Surf Green, Shell Pink, Lake Placid Blue, and Sonic Blue but we can get Squiers in Hello Kitty garb.

Im waiting for the heavy metal version "Goodbye Kitty!" ..
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
