Default GFS + Fender - Phase issues?

Can anyone tell me if GFS pickups need reverse wiring when mixed with a Fender pickup? I know Duncans are always out of phase if wired up "normally" and I'd like to do this in one go.
    Electric: Fat strat > Korg PB > TS7 > DS1 > DD-20 > Cube 60 (Fender model)

Acoustic: Guitar > microphone > audience
