    Dan Wilson, singer, songwriter and front man for Semisonic, posted the text of a commencement speech he recently gave.

    If you're an aspiring artist, there's some sage words and encouragement from a guy who's been a working musician and songwriter his whole career — and who has experienced the ups and downs as well.
