I always wanted a black guitar with tortoise pearloid pickguard and rosewood fretboard!
Very nice guitar man, it looks so pretteh, post some sound clips later.
It has taken a beating through its life...Even was pawned once. Body seems to be basswood, maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Very light and resonant, with a nice thin finish. This was my very first electric guitar! I set it up nicely, so it plays really nice, very "soft" action, has a new nut, and recently I "reactivated" the tremolo system (I had blocked it a long time ago) with only two springs...Great for nice shimmery effects.
All the "relicing" you see is natural.
All it needs is some nice GFS pups and it'll be ready!

Looks great! Does it sound good?
The Law of Gravity is nonsense. No such law exists. If I think I float, and you think I float, then it happens.
Master Guitar Academy - I also teach via SKYPE.
kerc, now THATS a nice banged up strat. Home relicing, aint it fun?
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
