    Angel Witch was one of the original NWoBHM bands along with the likes of Iron Maiden, Saxon, and even Def Leppard. For various reasons, they never had the success of Maiden and the others. I can't help wondering what this album could have been if it had been recorded/mixed better. Their singer lacks the power or gravitas of many of his contemporaries. The track "Angel Witch" is a highlight.

    Hey I know these guys!


    The firehall I work at is right around the corner from the Bluebird Cafe in Green Hills, a suburb of Nashville, TN. The Bluebird is where I had my very first alcoholic beverage! I was somewhat young at the time and this was many many years ago. It is a really popular place and incredibly hard to get into these days. The line is always around the corner.

    Paramedic that acts as a District Chief once in a while. My fiancee loves the picture so she insist I use it as my avatar. Especially after I convinced her the couple shots were out.
