Gibson es 330 L comparison Epiphone Casino

Well yesterday the Gibson es 330 arrived and Ive only had a chance to play it for about one hour .

Comparing the Epiphone Casino I noticed from the get go a higher output from the p90 pickups on the Gibson and it has more of a bluezy snarely tone and the Casino is a little more layed back not as aggressive .

The Casino has a great neck but my preference is more for the gibson with is larger more of the 50s vintage and the longer neck is a nice bonus reaching the lower frets .

Both great guitars and different even with so called close comparisons so those are my thoughts so far .

I guess that I should had stated not a longer neck, just more fret access .
