Default Lynch Mob "Smoke and Mirrors" 10/11

Sleaze Roxx has word that the new Lynch Mob album "Smoke and Mirrors" will be released on October 11. That links also has clips from three tracks. The clips sound promising--more what I would expect from Lynch than the Souls of We record. They're saying it's a follow-up of sorts to their 1990 debut album "Wicked Sensation." That would be a Good Thing in my book. I don't want George to recreate the 80s but I'd like an album that can show off the hard rock/metal chops I know he has.

I like it. I'll have to dig out my Wicked Sensation album to compare. If memory serves me the new one sounds smoother though.

Melodic Rock has 1:00 clips of each of the tracks on the album. I tell you this, I'd rather listen to Oni Logan singing than London LeGrand. My only "issue" with these clips is that they tend to focus on the refrain and not where they belong--on the solos!

Just listened to the MP3s. Goosebumps. Sounds smooth and awesome!
This thing is on my list!
