That sounds wonderful, street music. Glad to hear you had a good one. Hope today is the same or better. I did what I said I was going to, and I did indeed think of your b-day while I was there.

    I agree :
"I love being alive and I will be the best man I possibly can. I will take love wherever I find it and offer it to whoever will take it... seek knowledge from those wiser and teach those who wish to learn from me."
"Develop your talent, man, and leave the world something. Records are really gifts from people. To think that an artist would love you enough to share his music with anyone is a beautiful thing."

You come to a point in your life when you really don't care what people think about you, you just care what you think about yourself." - Evel Knievel

Wow, street, that is one beautiful acoustic!:

Did it follow you on its own (b-day present)?
or did you have to feed it to bribe it ($$$$)?

Congrats Street! Tell me more about the model please! I still am on a long term quest for a new acoustic, and really like the Takamine line. I just won't buy an acoustic online, and there are no dealers I am aware of around here. Jimi75's Takamine looked particularly interesting.

I am not sure it was this one, but kinda like it: http://www.samedaymusic.com/product--TAKEG363SC

Strum , I sure missed those beer girls.
Sun , the model that Jimi has if it is the one you posted is the G-series that I traded in on this one. The G-series is a great intro to the Takamine line but unlike this pro series model in the EF series -the G doesn't have tusq or bone it has plastic and the pickup is not as high a quailty as the pro- series. The price difference is worth the change.

    Thanks again to all.
