Default Squier Tele Custom w/ humbuckers

Anybody played one of these? I'm curious how the double 'buckers sound in a Tele body...

Tim has one... we´ll just have to wait for him...

I am also curious if the tele keeps its Twang with buckers..
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

Hey Kat – Sorry about sleeping at the wheel. I totally missed this thread. Yes I have the Squier Tele Custom Deluxe with 2 humbuckers. No it does not have the Tele twang due to the fact the guitar does not have the Tele ash tray. I have found out that, like the Strat, if you raise the bridge closer to the strings you can obtain a somewhat of a quack playing both humbuckers and the Tele treble with the bridge pup only. I hope I am not too late on this reply. I really like the guitar. It has a lot of bottom edge.
