Default Zener Diodes on cathode bias?

I just found this yesterday. I read that you can limit the cathode voltage rise and fall with Zener Diodes making it a pseudo fixed bias.

Default Try over at Sewatt site

I have no thoughts on this but you could try going to the Sewatt web site for the Valve Jr and search through the threads there to get some idea.

    Default

I looked at the local shop, but they didn't have any zeners in the proper spec, so I'm not worried about it.

I put in an AT7 in V3 of my V30, and subed in the Fender Super Bassman inverter values, and it's gotten me closer to what i was looking for. :
