Default Should I get a cab?

Do you think I should get a cab for my behringer v-ampire? Or should I save the money to buy a cheap tube combo?
I want my behringer to get a better sound, I like the modellings, but I think the sound could be better. Do you know any companys that make cheap cabs?
The amp has one speaker in it, what cab should I go for? 1x12? 2x12? 4x12?
Guitars: Ibanez RGT42DX loaded with Dimarzio Air Norton (neck) and Dimarzio x2n (bridge)
MIM strat /w maple neck. new pickups soon
Amps: ENGL Screamer 50 1x12 Combo
Effects: All I use now is a dunlop wah and a big muff.

What size speaker? Unless your gonna play loud don't buy a tube combo, I would go with the cab but first maybe you should try replacing the speaking in the amp, what speaker is in it now?

There is a 1x12 in it right now. I want to play loud, but I don't want to spend much money. My band is doing gigs, the vampire alone was always enough, but it won't be enough if our gigs get bigger and bigger.
