    Default Ampeg M-12-A

Hey Fretters, I have "borrowed" the above oldie from my little bro. She is definitely an moldy oldie (literally, it smells funny) but is in almost perfect working condition. I would guess maybe late 60's but probably early to mid 70's (no ground on the power) Some of the tubes look newer. My brother doesn't know any history on it as he bought it a few years back on impulse at swap event I think. I plan on taking it apart, checking over wiring and connections and hopefully de-skunkifying it.

    Anyone familiar with it.

    TIA

    Ted

I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

Ampeg made a lot of amps for accordions back in the 60´s & 70´s.. Even today if you check their Reverb Rocket and similar they have 1 guitar input & 1 accordion input!
I think those amps sound really good!
