Default Might go see a Rockabilly band this weekend - Hillbilly Hellcats

These guys out of Denver are going to be at the newly re-opened Whiskey's in Ketchum, after being rebuilt after burning down. They sound pretty fun! Lots of good guitar tones on their myspace page. Check out "Crazy Little Baby". Pretty Stray Cats-like, but I bet would be fun to see live. I like the "White Trash" number too, and "I'm a Bowler" too. Good bass lines, good jazzy chords, good beats. I love trios!

They do some psyco-billy too. See "Hillbillys on Speed".

Their upcoming shows list has them playing at NAMM too.
