    Default Splinters...

...i have about 20 of them in my right arm from pi$$ing about at school, and ending up with my arm in a thorn bush. does thefret have any clever methods of removing fairly deep and fairly large splinters?

also, do you think its worth a trip to the doctor if i cant get them out? apparently septicemia is common from this kind of thing, but then again, it is the NHS, you could go in there with no head, and he'd tell you to sleep it off.

If you were pi$$ing in a thornbush (sounds like a bad idea to me!), you're darn lucky it was just your arm.....

(Next time claim it was a guitar accident, sounds much cooler!)

EDIT: Yes, see a doctor if you can't get them out. Better safe, than sorry.

well, ive had swelling (i think) for a bit now, although that might just be our pityful efforts at removing it, or the sheer size and depth of the splinter.

its red because of the blood...lol.
