    Default My FAB Overdrive Soundclips

Well, finally I found some time to plug in the guitar and record some clips.
ecorded with my ESP Eclipse (Les Paul Type) and my Line6 FlextoneIII.

The pedal is the Danelectro FAB Overdrive that I bought for 15€, which is approx 18USD.
    Pedal setting = drive 2, tone 8, level 4
Model on the Line6 is the JCM800 Marshall at drive 3 approx.

    0 - 20sec: just the amp
20-45 sec: pedal plus guitar volume full
0:45-1.35: guitar volume pulled back to 6
    1:35-1:55: full again, chords
1:55-end: guitar volume pulled back to 3-4, niche crunch again

here's the link to the mp3:

I was checking many boutique pedals but this little cheap piece just did the right/best job to achieve the sound I had in mind. It's really fun to play it.

Greetz and have fun with the clip

Hey Jimi75 can you upload that file here and post it as a link? I can't retrieve files from online file storage sites due to our filter at work.

I have the FAB distortion pedal, and it rocks! I love the tone from that plastic little thingy. It looks like a toy but sounds great.

Hey thanks for putting it up here. The pedal sounds cool. Has lots of bite and your expressive playing demos it well. *thumbs up*.
