    Default Big Bill Broonzy

Been listening to a lot of the really old bluesy stuff lately.. was wondering if anyone could identify Big Bill's guitar in this picture? Looks like something Prince would use. :-)

Thanks Mark.. that is a gorgeous guitar... and Big Bill could play the hell out of it. :-)

Next time I have $7k or $8k laying around, I might have to shop for one. :-)

Yes when I was a kid that was all I heard around my house. My mom was a Jazz blues fan. I remember Bill Broonzy, Bill Dogget, Sam Cooke, Ray Charles records were always on our console stereo.
I guess that is why I only play blues.
    The Blues is alright!

That's a good enough reason as any...

I'm having so much fun discovering, and in some cases, rediscovering some of these old blues guys. I went through my old .45 collection, and it's all pop from the 60's.. no blues. :-(
