Default Artcore ASF125 FS near me... question

There is an Artcore ASF125 for sale for not too many $$ close by.
    Full hollowbody
I have yet to see it, as I was away.

It seems to be known as a good "Jazz box". I just wonder how well it would do, pushed a bit to get a more crunchy blues sound..?
I am a bit nervous about caring for a full hollowbody, hmm.

BTW, this is all Just Strum's fault: I looked at his Epi for sale, then an Epi Dot came along very near me, then this Artcore... arrgh

I've never heard of those. Check the model and make sure it is correct.

Yes, my mistake: actual model is AF 125 Custom.

it is an Artcore, aa well as a full hollow body.

The guitar sells for about $1000 new, so what are they asking for the one near you? If it is real low price I would be interested in hearing why.

Oh and Spud, why do you have glasses if you have no eyes?

That one you are just going to have to figure out for yourself.

Those are great guitars but it will be a bit more fragile than a semi hollow and prone to feeding back at higher volumes. Still a superbly made guitar. I played one at the Ibanez importer's showroom and liked it for what it was. It just wasn't for me...especially at the price they were asking. If you can get a great deal then it certainly would be a sweet guitar to have if you are into those.

JustStrum, reason given is thinning the herd.
Owner seems to be in a Allman Bros. cover band.

Low $$$: "Reduced" price is about what a B stock Hagstrom Viking would sell new...!

    Amusing quote from spouse's email:
"How many guitars are you aspiring to own long term?"

I evidently need to show her Spud's gallery (or his sig, at least) some time, over a nice glass of wine...

Variety is the spice of life. No use going through a spiceless life...right?

If you get it you got one heck of a deal.
