Dale Hawkins, RIP
He passed away on Saturday.
His hit record, 'Suzy-Q', which most of us probably know from John Fogerty's cover of it with CCR, was his biggest claim to fame in '57, and it brought James Burton into the limelight, but he went to accomplish a bit more than just that.
