Welcome aboard! I'm in a similar situation, having been playing about 3 years after walking away for 15 or so. Nice Tele/Esquire!
First post. After lurking around for awhile and taking in the vast amount of info on here I finally joined up. Hope to contribute when I can. I have been playing for about 3 years now after a number of years away for guitar. Now that I have taken it back up I wish I had never walked away from it. I have a MIM Standard Tele that I modded into a Esquire which I run through a SCXD or a G-DECjr. It's not much but I enjoy playing it so that's all that should matter.
Anyway I off to check out the other threads maybe we'll run into each other.
Later.

Ah, nothing relieves the discomfort of GAS pains like the sound of the UPS truck rumbling down your street. It's like the musician's Beano.
Welcome onboard the GAS boat!

What do you mean not much? That's a sweet guitar, and the SCXD is a nice amp too!
I know I put that in there because compaired to other peoples it might not seem like much. But don't get me wrong it works for what I want and as I stated I enjoying playing both.Originally Posted by Commodore 64

My Avatar is Rebecca Barlow from Barlow Girl.
And I guess I should explain my name. Drunken Miners is the name of a song from the town I grew up in Newfoundland in Canada. I sort of adapted it as my screen name when I moved away. If I can figure out how to put it on here I will.
Yo mate and welcome aboard!
I had a G-Dec Jr, fun little sucker wasn't it?
