Floor POD?

Line 6 made a flood POD, it should be similar to the POD 2.0 but laid out like POD xt live, has anyone here used any Line 6 POD products?
I read some reviews but I can't base anything on that, some say it sounds great and some say it sounds sterile and bad and doesn't sound anything like the amps its based on, does anyone own any of these?
If you use it with an amp does it make a big different what amp you use?
Are the effect's any good?

It looks interesting, but I still think the POD XT Live is better.

It's kind of the Spider line versus the Vetta line of amps ...
