    Default Brookwood Leather Guitar Strap

Made a little video to show off this nice strap.

It is great to have the strap custom cut to your preferred length. It is also very comfortable. I am glad I ordered the wider strap, since it just adds to the comfort.

This strap will stay put on my Suhr Classic for good.

Thanks Bob, for a great strap! I highly recommend his work.

That's a beautiful strap, Robert. Looks like you could be in Austin, Texas, at Antone's, wailin' on some good ol' Texas blues wearing that bad boy.

Congrats! Otaypanky does some fine, well detailed work!

Robert what did you have to pay in duties and taxes? Being a Canadian I like to be aware of the duties etc, on improted goods.
I am lucky to have a US address that I can send goods to. but I only get down there 3 or 4 times a year.
It is a nice strap though. I have had my eye on one for a while.

There's no duties or anything on stuff if it's a "gift", right?

I paid zero duties/taxes on mine just tell Bob you want the BC Don shipping option. :-)

And I certainly can't resist posting the picture of my strap. Bob is a true artist and a great guy to boot.

I didn't pay any duties or fees. Bob must have listed the value really low, I can't remember what the sticker on the box said. Usually, Customs just add GST to the value of the item shipped.

Both of those straps look great. I am inclined to go for the fixed length to avoid the extra bulk, but that buckle on BC Dons' looks superb. Hmm...

Nice looking guys but buckles and metal badges just don't cut it for my guitars. I am looking at the plain leather cut to length option. It is bad enough being careful with the guitar not to scratch it. I know everyone will say there is no risk but for me "If you have it you will scratch it" Is what would happen to me.

I'm now a happy owner of a Brookwood Leather guitar strap as well. Bob did an excellent job of creating the perfect custom strap for me. The quality is much better than any other strap I've seen.

Bob's great to work with, and really went out of his way. He looked all over for a pair of strap locks to pre-install, so when there were none to be found, he did the prep work to allow easy installation for me when it arrived, and even made a new installation page on his website!
    http://brookwoodleather.com/installing_strap_locks
The thicker, lined straps need to be compressed around the lock hole in order for the locks to fit.

Well, here's a few quick pic's. This is absolutely the most comfortable and best looking strap I'll ever own, until I buy another one, that is!

I've had my Brookwood leather strap for almost a year now and it is awesome. It's softer today then when I first
got it. Bob does incredible work!
