I dunno--if you find yourself wishing you had a setting on the guitar that would give a fatter tone, then why not? On the other hand, if the thought never crossed your mind until I brought it up, then why bother?

Vood - I'd like to hear that 4th position setting. I almost can't imagine a better sound coming out of this guitar, but if it's possible, why not! I am enjoying every pup position on this guitar - I'm usually not much of a bridge pup user, but this one sounds great; full and clear but not too bright or ice-picky. Anyway, if you get a chance, give us a little demo...purty please

Finally took a couple of photos of this guitar over the weekend. Still can't believe I nailed this little beauty for $230. You can see what nice shape it's in.

P.S. Yes, Spuds, another photo of a man taking a photo of a guitar....

I wasn't even going to go there. I was too busy drooling over the photo. But since you mentioned it....

If I ever get me a Tele, it will have to have exactly that colour scheme.

And then I'll hammer it full of dents and scratches and carve it up some on the edges & throw in some stickers and blood etc...:-)

HanHa. I was kinda thinking if I got one it might need some character also. Not sure if it would end up with as much charcter as Deeaa's though!

Looks pretty sharp--apart from the ueber-glossy fretboard, but that's just me. While I'm picking nits, I'd like a 22nd fret too.

As an aside, when I first say Ungd I thought that the "U" stood for "Ugly." Evidently not the case.

The pickguard looks glossier than it really is, due to the reflection of the bright afternoon sky. Yes, it's glossy, but not "überly" so. Besides, matte black pickguards are widely available for under $20.

The 22nd fret presents more of a challenge....
