I suck at it, but I am good at programming drum machines.

I do well with sampling and creating loops on the laptop. With an actual drum kit, I could, maybe, keep a VERY slow 4/4 for about a minute or two.

I bought a kit last year. I'm taking a few lessons now, every other week. I'm having a ball ~

And uh, yes, I suck ~~~ But did I say I was having a ball?
If nothing else, it makes life easier for a drummer if I have a few guys over to play. I got a bass 2 years ago too, so guys can travel light and just show up and play. I'm looking for an inexpensive keyboard module I can use with my midi-controller so I can try and start attracting a keyboard player. If anyone has one they would like to sell, let me know ~

That's because, unlike a real drummer, you only have to punch the instructions in once

I dont get to play drums too often but I have a natural talent for them. I can play most rhythms and time signatures and I can play a lot of different fill ins. IM just a bit sloppy from not practicing

You don't even need a kit to be a drummer.
