Default Marshall Class 5 Review - Demo

So, after experimenting with this amp, I figured out that the bass knob needs to be turned waaaaay down in order to get a tight tone. Check out my review and tones:

What mods would be able to accommodate keeping a bassier sound, maybe a speaker change, different tubes/rebiasing?
Also, what can be done to get less 'grit' with more saturation values?

Plug it into a 4 x 12 cabinet. I don't have one of those, though.

That sounds eleventy skillion times better. Crazy that you have to kill all the bass or it's Fart City, Alberta. Sounds like a real Marshall now. I looked online and saw that it has a closed back. I wonder if taking the back off would help with that. It would be interesting to try it through one of your other enclosures. It sure didn't sound like you had all the mids scooped out.

    THAT'S IT!!
    Perfect Robert.
Favorite sound is volume @ 2, smashing power chords with the Hag on the bridge pickup.

Is there a touch of verb in the recording?

Yes, I added some reverb to the recording, just to enhance it a bit.
