Mike I have 17 electric guitars, and I have everything from gloss maple to rosewood and I have had an ebony board guitar in my possession of several years at a time. I was storing for a friend. I have strats with both rosewood and maple. I have one maple with a 7.5 radois and I do prefer the 9.5. Right now I am playing mostly rosewood on my LPs. I like both and I really don't have a preference.
