Not a brand new out of the store amp, but a Classic 30 I recently bought. I love the tone but want to try a different speaker in it. I'll probably change out the tubes as first, though.

Classic 30's are great - we use them at the Institute. Lovely tone - plug'n'play commando all the way

Congratulations. I still love mine but the dreaded tube rattle drives me nuts. I might suggest buying a Tube Tamer or you can make your own really cheap and easy. Seems to make a world of difference for this really good amph. I haven't done it yet because I'm playing other amphs these days, but if I have to go back to using the Classic I'll make a Tamer to keep the rattle down.

I agree. I haven't much experience with it so I haven't noticed any tube rattle yet. But the tube tamer and probably the guard are definitely in my plans. Thanks for the comment.

Not on the same day, but within a couple of weeks. Hadn't planned on the amp really, but it was priced right. I had been lusting for a Starfire Special for some time, and this one was affordable.
