Hot rail/custom 5 pot and cap questions

Hello group, this if my first post. I am working on a guitar for a friend and he would like me to replace his pots and caps in his guitar. He has a single hot rail for his neck pickup and a custom 5 in his bridge. What type/value, linear or log for his pots and what type of caps. Thank you for any feedback, hopefully someone will know so I can get them ordered for him.

Audio taper, 500k pots will probably be OK, if the Hot Rail is a bucker.

I have 500k pots in my Strat and 250k pots in my Tele. For Tone caps, I used a 0.022 in my tele and 0.047 in my Strat.
