    Default Guitar Presents

    I hate to mention it but it's 68 days to Christmas, and my lovely girlfriend has been asking what I'd like as a present (I find women to be very organized when it come to these things!). Given my obsession with all things Guitar I'm thinking of an RC2 loop station (although I might not wait that long).

    Anyone else getting Guitar related presents?

    I'm requesting the RC-2 also either for my birthday (Nov. 30th don't forget) or Christmas. I'll bet you you'll get a suggestion for one of those Epiphone Valve Jr. amps or head. Need new pickups? A new pedal maybe? You can always go for broke and ask for a new guitar.

    easy... 1954 Stratocaster, mint condition.
    I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

    My 40th is on Christmas, wifey-poo has sanctioned me buying my own, would like a new amp, everyone who has one loves their VOX advxx, torn between a strat and a tele. Help a brother out here.

    I really like that Tele,too! Among Strats, the MIM Jimmie Vaughan model is a tremendous value, IMO.

    Oh, yeah a looper is definately showing up under the tree.

    I also thinking about a Peterson strobostomp, seeing as how I've become obsessed with tuning lately.

    Nice idea DVM, but if I ask for a $9000 amp I'd have to buy her a gift of a similar value

    A good guitar related present for me would be a guitar with P-90s! like one of those limited edition Epis 57 jrs! About 300.00$. (or a Goldtop, but tose are more expensive) I`d probably buy one.. but I`m trying to resist GAS as much as I can now...
