I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

Cool stuff. I was pretty surprised by how different the Class 5 sounded through a 4 x 12.

why, why, WHY did I sell my Marshall............... I can't remember it was so long ago..........damn! it must have been a woman!! yes it was a women and a one bedroom flat........I remember now, Marshall mmmmm.
Yes that class5 rocked thru the 4 x 12s.
I liked "How old is this one then?" "Umm" "Wow it's so old they cant date it" also that "first" Marshall amp under plexiglass. "We cleaned it all up but were too afraid to turn it on"
I've watched a few more of that guys youtube videos, they are pretty funny and well worth a look. The "how to sound like metallica for under $1000 is not bad either. Especially when they try out a bunch of smaller amps like the jet city and blackheart and then switch to this MA series Marshall and the sales guy says something like "Now this one has a 2x12 configuration in 50W so it might have a bit of an advantage" play play play then "Umm actually this is a 100W version"
