    The picture reminds me of something...so some people string the guitar that way, I mean, the strings wrapping the stopbar instead of just going thru. Seems to me that lenghtens the area where stretching and detuning might happen...but would it be better for string longeivity? Hmm...

    hmmm good question. Anyone know the benefit to doing this?
