    Wow! Cool guitar! That quilted top is really choice! I bet it sounds great w/ those P-90's, too. Neck looks pretty "beefy" - how does it play? Very unique instrument - thanks for sharing.

    Thanks, the neck is a 50's carve, it's full, but perfect for me. The guitar plays like a dream and sounds amazing. I am a happy man!

    Hey, that is a unique and beatiful guitar! Must sound great! Never heard of KOLL guitars - can you tell us more about them?

    Thanks Robert! Koll is Saul Koll of Portland Oregon. He is a great Luthier that has much experience that includes a stint at Gretsch. Saul is not only a perfectionist and a skilled builder, but is also a great and patient person! His work is seen quite often on The Gear Page Forum.......

    Darn, I went to Portland a few weeks ago. If I had known, maybe I could have stopped by at his shop.

    Too bad, he is a great guy and I am sure that he would have shown you around! I wish that I could get out there, but is a long way from Rochester NY to Portland, maybe someday........
