    Arrow New from Behringer

You'd think I'd have a Behringer endorsement for the amount of times I mention them in this forum No affiliation, but I was browsing their site and came across THIS. Looks like a good little system for under $270 US. I might have to try this out - AFTER I get my Epiphone DOT 335 (I've been good Santa. Really, I have!).

That looks like fun but wouldn't you have to have a way to get out a lot of data on to the web quickly. Should a lot of people tune in don't you need tons of bandwidth? Doesn't that cost a lot?
    Just wondering.

I was thinking I'd be using it as a means for recording to PC, not necessarily for podcasting (which would, one assumes, require paying for some bandwidth).

Might be a good all in one starter kit..

This package seems to go for around $270.00 per Berhinger but can't find
    it forsale anyplace in USA...

You could break it down to what you need
Included in this package (and current prices) is the following:

    Mic: Behringer C-1 - $40.00
    Super-affordable large-diaphragm condenser microphone

    Headphones: Behringer HPS3000 - $20
    HPS3000 studio headphones are a cost-efficient option

All Free software downloadable on the net includes:

    Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
    Krystal: http://www.kreatives.org/kristal/

I have the Xenyx 802, which I use to mix the signal from my Tonelab & a CD player (or a metronome) for practice. Someday I hope to get a microphone & try adding vocals.
    I pick a moon dog.
