Default No word on G. Moore on gibson.com

It's weird in a way I think. Over at gibson.com they do not mention with a single word that Gary Moore died. I mean, Gary is one of the big Gibson guys. Although he had his tête Ã* tête with Heritage, he was a real Gibson man and also had two sigs with Gibson.

At least he was an endorser....sometimes I don't get what's going on there at Gibson.

Hmm, a bit surprising, yes. Maybe it's still coming.

There are two stories in the News section on their site.

Gibson's weekly news email on Feb 8 featured "Gibson Remembers Gary Moore".
Here's the article it linked to:
    http://www.gibson.com/en-us/Lifestyl...ore-0207-2011/

It must be buried in their website navigation. Most websites could learn from news media sites when it comes to main page dynamics.

Yes, if you go to the "News/Lifestyle" pulldown at the top and choose "Features" you can backtrack and find it........but they did pay respects.

Here's a good memoriam from Premier Guitar:

Also, BBC reports Gary passed away from a heart attack.

I saw an article in the newsletter Gibson emails me weekly or whatever time interval it is.

According to a tweet from Joe Bonamassa, he was not mentioned in the "in memoriam" part of the Grammys. I'll take his word for it since I'd rather be poked in the eye than watch it.

That was noticeably true, Marnold. Sad thing. How could they leave the man out?
