Heads up: Local PBS to play Hendrix-Woodstock footage Tues. night

My local public television, WGBH will be airing some Hendrix at Woodstock footage tonight at 10:00, I think ("WGBH2").

Your local PBS may do the same, perhaps.

I hope they are going to show some of the "A 2nd View" material, which consists of material filmed in black and white by a film student. It's the entire gig almost from another - in my eyes - better angle, dubbed with the music from the original remastered recording. This makes the Gypsy Sun and Rainbows band sound, like they are playing and jamming right in front of your sofa ;-)
