    Default 'three chord pork tenderloin'

My husband is the big fan of the 'three chord song'.

Here is a yummy recipe that is so easy a caveman could do it.

The trick to the thing is you need a cooking unit similar to a corningware bread pan. The one I use is 6 1/2 x 11 x 4"deep.

Pork tenderloin in dish; tenderize both sides with fork.

Use equal parts red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and Italian dressing. Between the three of them, they should be about a 1/4" below the top of the tenderloin. Season with a little onion salt, onion powder, garlic salt and garlic powder.

    Cook 45 min at 375.

Now that's the kind of recipe I can grasp. *caveman voice*

    Me buy meat.
    Me soak meat.
    Me cook meat.
    Me eat meat.

    Pork meat good!

    Ha, good name for dat!

So you pour the sauce over the meat until it's 1/4" below the top of the meat and then just stick it in the oven?
