Kat, here in Japan we have a fairly popular dish called Spaghetti Napolitan. Sold in all the coffee shops/diners. The sauce is ketchup with some onions and ham. It's not as bad as it sounds. However if was made by the chef from Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time, I think I'd give it a pass...
